Principal Duties:• Provides clear directions, instruction, precautions, guidance, and support to all users and dependents with regard to the safety and proper care of the facility• Recognizes and responds effectively to all emergency situations both in the water and on the deck.• Administers first aid or cardiopulmonary resuscitation within the limits of training to victims in emergency situations using rescue techniques and equipment; provides the initial care necessary to sustain life until emergency medical services (EMS) personnel arrive.• Contacts emergency medical personnel in case of serious injury.• Monitors and records water conditions (temperature, clarity, chlorine, and PH levels)• Inspects recreational equipment for safety hazards and damage or wear; report unsafe conditions to immediate supervisor.• Completes and submits all required reports and records pertaining to untoward incidents, near-drowning cases, damaged or defective equipment, budget recommendations, and personnel policies.• Completes and maintains records of swimming pool conditions, emergency medical treatments performed, and other relevant incident information.• Performs additional duties such as teaching swimming lessons, coaching aquatics sports, cleaning showers and lockers rooms, picking up litter, and dealing with lost and found articles.• Maintains the cleanliness of the pool and surrounding areas; ensures that all doors and gates are locked and no users are on the premises when the facility is closed.• Performs other job-related duties as required.
• Provides daily administrative support by completing assignments, conducting research, handling requests, prepares correspondence and reports as required.• Prepares correspondence, agenda, documents, minutes relevant to meetings, and ensures timely distribution of information.• Receives, screens, tracks, distributes and prioritizes electronics, and regular incoming mail, and maintains database and filing system.• Maintains departmental committee files and reports.• Ensures quantities of office supplies are maintained. • Ensures that logistical arrangements are made for meetings, site visits, and attends meetings as required.• Assists in identifying problems or factors inhibiting the effective accomplishments of department goals.• Reviews all necessary requirements and ensures documents are completed prior submission and implementation. • Coordinates/follow up with colleges, departments, government offices or agencies on related issues and make necessary actions. • Acts as the primary contact of the department and ensures all calls, appointments, booked meetings, inquiries are properly delegated or relayed to immediate personnel.• Performs other job-related duties as required
* Reviews students' academic registration (course/block registration) and verify course enrollment in SIS. * Verifies courses in SIS to ensure parallel with the courses from the Assessment Unit. * Reviews and finalizes the academic calendar, including the midterm. * Reviews the end of the semester, re-sit, makeup exam schedules and update grades in SIS for IC as required. * Reviews and finalizes students' and faculty schedules. * Monitors and ensures that all schedules in the approved academic calendar are followed. * Ensures the smooth flow of courses during the academic year. * Coordinates with the instructors, course coordinators, students and respective department/s for any issue/s in the course. * Reviews final grades statistics. * Assists and takes part in the Curriculum Committees. * Performs other job-related duties as required.
Principal Duties:• Develops and coordinates recruitment, retention, and strategies with the job candidates, to ensure the availability of qualified applicants as well as, participates in the design and implementation of KSAU-HS recruitment programs and initiatives.• Responsible for recruiting all positions within the relevant departments including managing campaigns, candidate sourcing, shortlisting, skills and personality testing, and behavioral interview assessment.• Initiates advertisement and conducts job postings including background research for internal postings and creating concise job summaries of all advertised positions.• Reviews, assesses and classifies and stores all submitted applications based on each profession, as well as ensures files are completed in a timely manner.• Organizes the flow of candidates through the recruitment process from scheduling interviews to bringing new employees to the university.• Coordinates with Talent Acquisition staff in preparation of manpower plan and accordingly prepares, monitors and controls an efficient Talent Acquisition plan.• Reviews vacancies list and submit it on an as-needed basis and manages candidate records on software and ensures that all data and information are up to date.• Conducts testing, screening, and preliminary interview of potential employees and assesses eligibility and suitability for hire.• Reviews weekly reports to reflect recruitment activities, current vacancies, and candidates in process.• Performs other job related duties as required.
• Assists in preparing case studies on the relevant employee relation matters such as employee evaluation complaints, disciplinary actions, and terminations.• Assists in reviewing/processing the disciplinary actions issued to erring employees to ensure compliance with policies and procedures and the Saudi Labor Law.• Coordinates special programs and events associated with wellbeing and happiness.• Assists in guiding, counseling, and advising the employee in accordance with the Administrative Policies and Procedures.• Performs data entry of information extracted from statistical data for relevant reports, such as Turnover report and Disciplinary Action report.• Assists in all motivational programs such as employee of the month/year.• Maintains and updates the department system and database information.• Assists and conducts Exit interviews, processes exit clearance, and helps prepare exit interview reports.• Completes the induction process for new employees and assists with the General Orientation and the Orientation Report.• Ensures and maintains confidentiality of sensitive issues.• Performs other job-related duties as required.

• Assists in developing a variety of programs and policies regarding employees such as advertising job positions, processing applications, contracts, and compensation.• Communicates with departments, employees, applicants, in order to provide information and assistance regarding, transfers, employment.• Conducts employee orientation programs by introducing employment compensation, benefits, payroll, and medical coverage. • Liaises with Human Resources Department as required to ensure accurate data is exchanged between departments.• Informs applicants and employees regarding various programs requirements such as policies, procedures, benefits, and general work expectations.• Provides overall assistance and research support on benefit policies, programs, and procedures.• Performs other job-related duties as required.
Sets up and operates technical equipment for the university.Ensures availability of adequate supplies and maintains an up-to-date documentation and essential feedback for equipment, provided service, incident and utilization reports.• Conducts a scheduled inventory of equipment.• Tests, tunes, calibrates and cleans technical equipment on a scheduled basis; request the replacement or repair of malfunctioning equipment and materials.• Provides technical support for requests by using manuals to diagnose and make repairs, identify problems, research solutions and help the end user in use of technology.• Ensures that all assigned technical support requests are documented and adequately resolved.• Installs and maintains Microsoft Office and other personal computer-based applications and explores new software or equipment, updates or changes appropriate for the needs of the University.• Provides training and orientation for end users on how to operate the equipment and report incidents.• Adheres to all prescribed safety procedures (Anti-virus, Deep Freeze, Symantec, power related issues, etc.).• Performs other job-related duties as required.
• Checks managerial and academic incentives and processes employees’ receivables for salary deductions, encodes revenue, rental income, penalty receipts and other receipts batches in the Oracle system.• Prepares monthly reports for all income generating contracts as well as, month-end closing of Oracle accounts receivable module.• Receives, processes invoices of payments related to contracts and prepares PTR Performance Approval Forms, Payment Authorization Forms (PAF), and makes transmittals to department of Budget and Treasury Section.• Prepares monthly reports on the status of total processed payments by the Accounts Payable section, and updates master file with new payments, and Ministry of Finance transmittals.• Maintains and records financial transactions of all generating General Ledger reports, analyzes balance sheet and income statement accounts, and performs account reconciliations, as well as, compares balances with General Ledger.• Prepares the Annual Operational Budget (Salary, Non-Salary) and Journal Voucher for the Manpower Status Report (MSR), reconciles salary budget amounts in the Oracle System with budgeted positions list.• Generates monthly Operating Financial Reports and Approved Budget Report, in addition to, updating processed payment in the Oracle, SANG Financial System, Eitmad and other government platforms.• Journalizes accounts data inputs in the Oracle Access System, and performs posting analysis and reconciliation of both accounts payable trade and human resources billing documents against SANG billing Status Reports for all regions.• Processes bank transfer payments and applies them to the Oracle System, verify the sufficiency of each bank's account balance, requests bank confirmation with regards to the validity of new bank guarantees, and controls petty cash and advances to employees and vendors.• Performs other job-related duties as required.
Principal Duties:• Posts open vacancies in different strategic locations/centers.• Conducts strategic analysis for applicants to identify the best fit candidates, as well as identifies untapped candidates pool.• Supports and manages candidate workflow within the Oracle system and analyzes information.• Researches qualified candidates for hard-to-fill positions in coordination with concerned departments.• Reviews the documents submitted by Specialists before including it in the Recruitment Committee list.• Assists with the screening process.• Analyzes problems related to the hiring process, as well as develops alternative methods for solving recruitment problems.• Performs other job-related duties as required
